Writer/Director - Sheila Jayadev Sheila Jayadev graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney in 2003 having completed a combined degree of Communications (Media Arts and Production) and Law. Both during and after completing the degree, Sheila has enjoyed assisting in the production of independent short films. Sheila's main interest lies in film production. The subject of the migrant experience and arranged marriages is a particular interest of hers, which led to the production of the half-hour documentary Arranging Love. Sheila hopes to move from documentary production into short film, and hopes to eventually write and direct a feature length film.

Producer - Janelle Landers Having graduated with degrees in Law and Media Arts and Production, Janelle Landers worked as a lawyer and producer in Sydney before recently moving to Perth to work with WBMC on a range of documentary and drama projects for film, TV and new media. Janelle is passionate about film and creative storytelling and has worked with a range of film organisations and production companies. Building upon the working relationship that they established at university, Janelle and Sheila formed Switch Films in 2004. Janelle was especially keen to work with Sheila on Arranging Love given Sheila's personal connection to the stories and her vision for the film.
